Woman Connected to Two Massage Businesses Charged with Promoting Prostitution

Specialized Investigations Division detectives today charged Anna Liu, 39, with two felony counts of promoting prostitution after an investigation showed she operated two massage businesses on Eugenia Avenue and Nolensville Pike where employees agreed to sex acts for money.

Liu, who was taken into custody in Madison, had five cell phones in her possession. Two of them received calls for the massage businesses. Two women, one at each location, received misdemeanor prostitution citations.

The Tennessee Department of Health confirmed that both massage locations are unlicensed.
